CQC Update Webinar - 20/04/21
On 20th April 21, the LMC hosted a CQC webinar for our members to give an update on the CQC’s regulatory approach using the transitional monitoring approach (TMA) and the portfolio review activity (PRA) process.
We would like to thank Amanda Reynolds, CQC Inspection Manager (Midlands) and her team for the webinar.
The webinar explained these processes in more detail and what practices should expect, as well as how the CQC inspection activity will resume from April 2021.
