270423 PCN VAT webinar

The LMC hosted a webinar on PCN VAT matters on Thursday 27th April 2023, as we have received a number of enquiries relating to the implications of VAT within their PCN from members.

The BMA originally published ‘ VAT Implications of Primary Care Network Funding Structure Lead Provider Model’  guidance, which was written by Larkin Gowen a recognised medical accountancy firm and whilst this document is now slightly out of date, they have agreed to deliver a webinar to update members on this specialised topic.

The agenda covered the following topics:

  • Key tax and accounting implications
  • VAT exposure
  • Potential incorporation
