Complaints and Professional Standards Webinar - 07/07/2021

On the 7th July 21, LMC hosted a Complaints and Professional Standards Webinar for our members.

We would to thank Dr Gopal K Sharma - (Associate Medical Director), Miss Michelle Lake - (Head of Professional Standards & Revalidation), Mrs Cathie Cunnington - (Head of Complaints) and Mrs Liz Hart - (Programme Manager, Professional Standards Team) for delivering the webinar.

The purpose of the session was to provide awareness of the statutory but supportive roles that NHS England plays in Appraisal and Revalidation, Complaints Handling and Professional Standards.
