Speaker Bio
Clare has a wealth of experience and knowledge across the primary care property sector and over 20 years’ experience as a chartered survey. Clare is an RICS registered valuer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She acts on behalf of GP practices undertaking a diverse range of valuations, rent reviews and lease negotiations. She works with an array of key industry stakeholders including, district valuers, healthcare solicitors, pharmacy operators and property investors.
