In the past, we have been pleased to offer a number of complaints events to GPs and Practice Managers, these sessions have consistently been fully booked and very well received.
Due to popular demand – and a little arm twisting – we are delighted to confirm that Lee Bennett and Cathie Cunnington will be delivering another complaints event for LLR practices.
