The LMC will be hosting a webinar with iGPR to give practices a better understanding of the services they offer and how these can support practices with the management of medical-reporting requests.
We are aware that many practices already use iGPR, but the aim of this session is to provide a demonstration of the platform and how to get the most out of the service.
Date: Thursday 15 October 2026
Time: 1.00–2.00pm
Register: Please email to request a Teams invite – enquiries@llrlmc.co.uk
Alternatively, if your practice is not signed up to iGPR but interested in just finding out more – you are welcome to join too.
What is iGPR?
iGPR provides software and services to help GP practices manage requests for medical information and reports, including:
- Insurance reports – requests from life and health insurers
- Medical reports – for solicitors and other organisations
- Government requests – including DWP, DVLA and military requests
- Subject Access Requests (SARs) – including support with producing and redacting records
- Patient online record screening – identifying information that may need consideration before records are made available online
- Firearms licensing reports and other specialist reports
- Workflow automation – helping practices receive, manage, track and securely return requests
iGPR also offers a Managed Service, which can undertake much of the administration associated with medical-reporting requests on behalf of the practice.
The webinar will provide an opportunity to see the platform in action and understand how practices can make best use of the services available.
