Procedures for 'deaths in the community' following implementation of NHS Pathways at EMAS

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) is changing its procedures relating to deaths in the community.

This follows the implementation of NHS Pathways telephone triage system in our Emergency Operation Centres.

The attached briefing, circulated on 11 March 2024, confirms the change in procedure will commence on 3 April 2024 (inclusive).
