We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our well-established clinical team at Countesthorpe Health Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HCA who is passionate about patient care and keen to further develop their skills within a primary care setting.
About Us
Serving approximately 11,000 patients, Countesthorpe Health Centre is a friendly teaching and training practice with an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team. Our team includes:
- 9 GPs
- Up to 4 GP Registrars
- A skilled nursing team
- Clinical pharmacists, healthcare professionals and administrative support staff
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a welcoming and collaborative environment where staff are encouraged to develop and thrive.
The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of the practice clinical team, supporting our GPs, Practice Nurses and wider multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to our patients.
We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence in managing patients face-to-face, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care within the practice.
