There have been several questions from practices in relation to the request from Anenta for practices to complete the Clinical Waste Pre-Acceptance Audit.
In order for practices to complete the Clinical Waste Pre-Acceptance Audit, we have been informed it should take minimal time for the practice to complete and will then be compliant. Following discussions with Graham Flynn and Isabelle Gracia from Anenta Ltd they have offered to deliver a lunchtime talk via teams to speak about the pre-acceptance audits and what needs to be completed and how to ensure practices are compliant.
They will be speaking about what is classified as offensive waste is, what the change means, why it’s important the audit is completed and the consequences of not completing the pre-acceptance audit and then they will run through an audit with you to show you how this should be completed.
There will also be a Q & A session.
