Part Time Practice Nurse Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our team.
We are a friendly and supportive teaching team who strive for excellent care for our patients and are an active member of Soar Valley PCN.
Our current list size is approx. 8750 and we have a team comprising of 3 GP Partners, 4 salaried Doctors, 1 ANP, 1 Paramedic, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Diabetes Nurse Specialist, 2 Assistant Practitioners and some excellent support from our ARRS and Administrative Team members.
We are a SystemOne Practice and rated CQC Good across all areas.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking team player and ideally have experience of the management of chronic diseases and be confident in the delivery of services in primary care such as immunisation, health promotion, cervical screening, contraception and wound care etc.
