VACANCY – PATIENT SERVICES ADVISER
FULL TIME POSITION
The Glenfield & Groby Surgeries are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Patient Services Adviser to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, telephone, and customer service skills, with a professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
Previous experience working within a GP practice and knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous; however, these are not essential as full training will be provided.
Applicants must be flexible and willing to provide cover for annual leave and sickness absence and some weekday evenings and Saturday working on a rota basis will be required.
