The Banks Surgery
We are looking at recruiting a GP to add to our team at The Banks Surgery in Sileby. We are located in Charnwood and are part of the Soar Valley PCN who we have a very good working relationship with along with our Federation team.
We are an EMIS practice with circa 6,300 patients. We work a telephone consultation model which we believe helps us achieve our high-performance status. The practice was ranked in the top 10 for patient satisfaction across LLR.
We are currently looking for a GP for approximately 6 sessions per week, but we are flexible on this.
Being very patient focused we have a team of 5 GP’s, 2 Physicians associates, an ANP, a prescribing Minor Illness nurse, 2 very experienced practice nurses, 3 HCA’s and an extended Administration and Reception team. We are high QoF achievers.
You would be working as an autonomous practitioner offering a caring and excellent standard of clinical care whilst working within a great multidisciplinary team.
You may be a newly qualified GP who has received their CCT in the past 2 years and not previously held a substantive role within General Practice, or an established GP looking for a salaried position.
