North Rutland Health Partnership has the exciting opportunity to recruit a new Partner. The Partnership primarily operates two GMS contract surgeries in Rutland, Oakham Medical Practice and Market Overton and Somerby Surgeries both of which are part of Rutland PCN.
Oakham Medical Practice is based in a thriving market town in the beautiful county of Rutland. Market Overton is a picturesque village in the North of Rutland with a branch surgery in the village of Somerby just across the border in Leicestershire. The Practices serve 21,000 patients and provides medical cover for the local public school in Oakham.
We are a highly successful, dynamic, creative and forward-thinking Partner led team, who are incredibly lucky to have a strong, supportive and reliable staff cohort, many of whom have worked with us for a considerable time.
We are a training practice for GP specialist trainees and support the training needs of both our allied professionals and staff.
Rutland is consistently voted in the top 3 best places to live in the UK. Local leisure pursuits are plentiful and schooling is highly regarded in both the local state and private sector.
Applications are warmly welcome from GP’s with a particular interest in clinical governance and clinical safety. We can provide a stable and supportive background for GP’s new to Partnership as the management team and Partners have significant experience or if you already have experience and are looking for a new venture without the need or stress of revolution then we look forward to hearing from you.
The Partnership is financially healthy with a combination of attractive Partner owned premises and leased premises for those interested in equity.
For those not interested in an equity Partnership role, fixed profit share commensurate with experience is an option.
