Bridge Street Medical Practice in Loughborough is looking for a committed, caring, and team-focused Salaried GP to join us for 6 sessions per week on a 1-year fixed-term basis. We are a practice that genuinely puts people first, our patients, our colleagues, and the next generation of doctors.
Proposed Start Date: December 2025 Contract: BMA Salaried GP Model Contract Sessions: 6 per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays + 1 other) Consultation Length: 15-minute appointments Salary: £10,500 – £11,000 per session (based on experience), Indemnity Included + NHS Pension

About Us
We are a friendly, patient-centred practice serving a diverse community of approximately 8,300 patients in the heart of Loughborough. We are a well-established training practice, hosting GP Registrars, FY2 doctors and medical students, and we are actively involved in our local Primary Care Network.
Our team is collaborative and enthusiastic, with a genuine commitment to high-quality clinical care and continual improvement. Staff wellbeing matters to us for example, we have a fresh fruit basket delivered for the whole team every Monday to support health and wellbeing, and we regularly make time to check in, support one another, and share learning.

About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Salaried GP for 12months to join our team for 6 sessions per week, working Tuesdays and Thursdays + 1 other.
