New Interpretation Service commences 1st Sept

Please ensure registration and obtain your PIN to access the service

We recently explained the changes to interpreting services which will start from 1 st September 2020 and asked practices to ensure that they have all registered and have obtained the PIN. There are a number of practices who have not yet registered and obtained their dedicated PIN number and need to do so as a matter of urgency.

In the first instance please email: requestsujala@leicspart.nhs.uk to request your PIN number so that you are ready to register as per the instructions below. All GP practices will be able to access telephone, video and British Sign Language Interpreters via the new provider Word 360. You will be able to access all these services via a web based portal called WordSkii - www.wordskii.com PLEASE NOTE the following:

· You will need to use the Chrome Browser to access the services through your computer.

· Access Video interpreting instantly through your Wordskii user account at www.wordskii.com

· Download the Wordskii Live App from Play Store or App Store

To set up your account, you will need to quote your CCG organisation code (see below) followed by the PIN code that you have received from - requestsujala@leicspart.nhs.uk East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG – 985637 Leicester City CCG – 155580 West Leicestershire CCG - 739572
