Reception / Care Navigator Team Leader (Afternoons – Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Reception / Care Navigator Team Leader to support our busy GP practice during afternoon sessions.
You will provide day-to-day supervision of the reception and care navigation team, ensuring a professional, efficient, and patient-focused service.
Acting as the main point of escalation, you will support staff, manage workflow, and help maintain safe and effective patient access.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a GP practice reception or care navigation role
- Previous supervisory or senior receptionist experience or someone who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and patient care
This is a part-time afternoon role, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in primary care leadership.
The post is for 27.5 hours per week, 1-6.30pm Monday to Friday.
