Job description for HR, Quality & Compliance Officer role

Your role will include:

  • Providing Human Resources to the practice thus ensuring wellbeing, motivation, and productivity of all staff members.
  • Ensuring excellence of care to patients by optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of all practice procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and CQC standards including health and safety, employment, data protection and all relevant legislation.
  • Ensuring the practice achieves local and national key performance indicators and targets.
  • Assisting the Business/Strategic Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
