GP role only- £11,447 per session per year

About Inclusion Healthcare

We are a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering responsive, compassionate primary care to groups at risk of marginalisation. With over 25 years’ experience supporting the homeless community and more than 10 years working with asylum seekers, we operate three GP practices and the No.5 Recovery Hub- a day centre for people with street lifestyles who use alcohol or substances.

Job Summary

We are seeking a GP & Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership alongside ongoing clinical practice. This is a sessional role comprising:

  • Two non-clinical sessions (each session = 4.5 hours)
  • Up to three clinical sessions per week

The post combines strategic and operational clinical leadership with hands-on clinical delivery, ensuring strong clinical oversight, credibility and engagement with day-to-day service provision.

We would welcome applications to either part of the role, however please note the requirement for the Clinical Lead to be working a minimum of two clinical sessions at Inclusion Healthcare.

Clinical Sessions

The clinical sessions for this post will take place on:

  • Tuesday AM
  • Thursday PM
  • Friday PM

Non-Clinical Clinical Lead Sessions

The role includes two non-clinical Clinical Lead sessions. There is flexibility around how these sessions are scheduled, which will be agreed with the successful applicant (subject to service needs).

Base Locations

The post will be delivered across two sites:

  • Charles Berry House, Leicester
  • Falcon Centre, Loughborough
