Merridale Medical Centre are looking to hire a qualified ANP / ACP to come and join our friendly and happy supportive team.
We are a GMS practice with Enhanced Services and QOF achievements. We use SystmOne and offer a competitive salary. The post holder will be expected to make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties expected of an ANP / ACP. These include, but are not limited to:
- Face-to-face, telephone and online consultations. No remote working
- Dealing with queries, tasks, and correspondence in a timely fashion
- Actioning pathology results and general practice admin
- Home visits.
The post holder will be expected to work autonomously in accordance with local and national guidelines covering primary care. Support from experienced GPs will be available.
