We are a rapidly growing, forward-thinking GP partnership with a young, dynamic leadership team and a clear vision – to build one of the most innovative, patient-centred and high-performing practices in Leicester.
With 11,000 patients and expanding clinical services, we are now recruiting an exceptional Practice Manager who can bring energy, leadership, and strategic insight to our team.
But this isn’t a traditional practice management role.
We are actively planning to scale the practice at an unprecedented rate over the next 12–24 months. The successful candidate will be a key part of this expansion – working directly alongside the partners to design, build and deliver new models of primary care. If we are able to execute our vision successfully, the postholder will also be eligible for a performance-linked bonus in recognition of their contribution to the practice’s growth.
