ARRS Information

The ARRS Working Group are developing 4 slide decks for PCN Managers to support with all things ARRS Workforce:

1. ARRS General Information
2. ARRS Finance
3. ARRS Education and Training Offers
4. ARRS Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Deployment into PC and Retention.

The attached is the first of these slide decks (ARRS General Information) which is ready to be released. This has been developed in conjunction with the LLR TH. If you come across colleagues in PC who would benefit from seeing the attached please can I ask that you liaise with Louise Halford louise.halford1@nhs.net

Planning is already under way for the other slide decks to be completed and released asap, indicative dates for release:

1. ARRS Finance – 8^th July 2022
2. ARRS Education and Training Offers – 15^th July 2022
3. ARRS Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Deployment into PC and Retention – 22^nd July 2022

Support is available from the PC Workforce Transformation Team to the PCN Managers and in terms of ARRS so please do feel free to reach out by emailing the workforce team, or raise it at the ARRS Workforce Drop in Clinics which are taking place every 3 weeks on a Wednesday and which started yesterday.
