Fee Information for GPs (Charge for reports)

Attached is report which can be used by GPs for a guide on the appropiate fees they can charge for Information Requests.

Work for which doctors can charge a fee includes:

  • Work for local and central government.
  • Work for the NHS that is not a part of their main contract e.g.GP work in hospitals.
  • Reports and examinations requested by third parties e.g.insurance reports.
  • Reports and certificates requested by patients e.g.to support an application for a driving license.
